 We focus on UniFi Protect, which means we know how to size your NVR, place cameras for actual coverage (not just on a checklist), and integrate the system with your network and access control. 

 Not required, but helpful. Managed services cover firmware updates, health monitoring, and rapid response when something goes sideways. 

 UniFi Protect doesn't charge per-camera licenses. Optional services from us — managed monitoring, cloud archive, advanced analytics — are priced separately and disclosed up front. 

 Yes. UniFi Protect supports secure remote access from phones, tablets, and browsers. 

 We'll diagnose, replace, or repair. For higher-risk areas we'll often recommend overlapping coverage so a single failure doesn't create a blind spot. 

 UniFi Protect works best on a UniFi network — the controller integration, PoE switching, and traffic prioritization are designed to work together. We can deploy Protect on third-party networks, but performance and ease of management are noticeably better on UniFi end to end.
